RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

• Returns: Accepted within 2 days of delivery, Items must be unused, unwashed unworn with all with tags intact.
• Refunds: Processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item passes quality check.
• Exchange: Available for size issues (subject to stock availability). To avoid this problem, please go through our size chart.
• To Initiate a return or exchange contact us at support@styric.in with your order ID and issue details. On a reverse shipment a small fee of ₹100 applies to all return request.
• Exchange is applicable only once per item and is subject to size availability.

• No return or exchange is allowed on an already exchanged item.
• Certain promotional or discount codes may restrict returns/exchanges. Please check the terms & conditions of the coupon before purchase.
• No returns are allowed on any items purchased during the sale period.
• We will attempt to pick up the shipment twice. If the courier company is unable to complete the pickup, you will need to return the shipment yourself to our address.
• Reverse pickup services are subject to availability based on your area’s pin code.
• If the pickup is not completed within 2 days of the request, please contact our support team to reschedule.
• Refunds will be initiated within one business day (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after we receive and verify the returned item in our warehouse.
• Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed through sources payment Method.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be issued as styric credits to your registered email ID, valid for six months.
• Note: If you do not receive your refund within the mentioned timeframe, please contact us for assistance. Styric credits cannot be extended beyond the validity period.
If your pin code is not eligible for reverse pickup, you must self-ship the product to our registered address.
Important:
• Securely pack the product to avoid damage in transit.
• Mention Order ID and Registered Mobile Number on the package.
• Styric is not liable for lost self-shipped returns. Customers are advised to use trackable courier services for their own security.
